Access Ignite, a FREE wellbeing service for current students (and your whānau) studying with us.
This all-in-one platform provides online access to hundreds of evidence-based resources and tools, plus the ability to book pre-paid sessions (online, phone, or face to face) with a range of health and wellbeing professionals, including Psychologists, Counsellors, Coaches, Financial Mentors, and others to support your hauora. You'll have access to a personalised wellbeing planning tool, mood diary and dashboard plus so much more including access to webinars and information ranging from budgeting to nutrition and everything in between.
2025 registrations are will be open via Mūrau as enrolments are completed.
There will be a temporary closure of the Ōtaki campus GP services from tomorrow, Thursday 29 August for approximately four - six weeks. We look forward to welcoming Dr Harriet Gray who will reopen this service for both staff and students from the end of October to 19 December 2024.
As a reminder this free wellbeing service is provided each Thursday from Wairau 7 via a walk-in or pre-booking service. Stay posted as we keep you updated!
We’ve partnered with StudentCard ID which means you will be invited to apply for your Student ID online. All enrolled students at Heke (Diploma) level and above will receive an email inviting you to apply. Your student ID will be sent out directly from StudentCard after March.
This card is your ticket to exclusive discounts nationwide as well as unlocking on campus services. In 2024 as an expression of Manaakitanga all ākonga studying at diploma level and above will receive this free of charge.
Students studying at certificate level can access the same advantages with a StudentCard ID at a small cost of $12. Visit https://studentcard.co.nz/ to find out more about the discounts offered on brands you love and start saving pūtea so you can focus on completing your qualification this year. Remember to keep your details up to date in the Te Ara portal to avoid missing important information.

He Iti Nā Mōtai is a reo rūmaki, whare kōhungahunga, early childhood care and education centre at Te Wānanga o Raukawa in Ōtaki. He Iti Nā Mōtai provides a stimulating kaupapa Māori learning environment for the tamariki of students and staff while they are on noho or working at Te Wānanga o Raukawa.

Ngā Purapura is a world-class training facility located in Ōtaki, Aotearoa at the Te Wānanga o Raukawa campus. With a fully equipped gym, court facilities, meeting rooms, classrooms, cafe and more.
