  • Access to Mental Health and Wellbeing Support with Ignite just got quicker and easier:

Great news! Access to Mental Health and Wellbeing Support with Ignite just got quicker and easier.

You can now log into Ignite using SSO (Single Sign On) via the Microsoft button – using the same student credentials you use to sign into eWānanga.

This means you no longer need to fill in an online form and request access to Ignite or wait to be sent an invitation.

  • If you’re new to Ignite:

    Visit https://ignite.org.nz/login

Log in using the “Continue with Microsoft” button with your student credentials

You’ll be taken through a quick onboarding process where you are asked to enter your name, and an email address for key communication (like booking confirmations and provider communication) and other details if you wish.

You can then book free one to one mental health and wellbeing support sessions, workshops and webinars and more!

  • If you’re already using Ignite:

Going forward you will use the “Continue with Microsoft” button to use SSO using your student credentials rather than the Email address* and Password* you set up previously.

Note: this will set up a new profile on Ignite (and takes you through a quick onboarding process), however if you would like to access your previous booking history you can still log in with the Email address* and Password* set up previously.

Important Note: we recommend entering your preferred email address in the “communications email” field in account settings. If you do not add this all-booking confirmations and provide communication will be sent to your Te Wānanga o Raukawa student email.

If you have any pātai you can email hello@ignite.org.nz or call 0800 244 648
