Kaikōkiri - Te Whare Hāpai Kaupapa

1.0 FTE Full time, 6 months fixed term with potential to extend.

Te Whare Hāpai Kaupapa serves as the Special Projects unit at Te Wānanga o Raukawa. Hāpai Kaupapa is activated periodically when a project or series of projects are initiated and is currently located within Te Kāhui Whakahaere, the operations arm of Te Wānanga o Raukawa.

 

A position has become available for a kaikōkiri who will manage general administrative services for Te Whare Hāpai Kaupapa and provide administrative support to the kaihautū. This includes assisting with the preparation of reports, organising hui, recording and distributing minutes, liaising with project teams and Te Wānanga o Raukawa kaimahi. Providing advice and guidance on administrative tools as well as assisting with event management adding variety to this role.

 

The ideal person will have administrative experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a sound working history. The ability to speak māori is an advantage but not a requirement. This is an opportunity for the right person to integrate their knowledge into a kaupapa Māori organisation and further develop your mātauranga Māori on your journey.
